- Yes, and No...If you chose the basic, or basic+ e-commerce package from us than yes we offer only the 2 powerful solutions as part of those packages. However if you choose the Pro-Package hosting than you can use any web commerce solution you wish.
I paid for the whole year of hosting, what happens if I cancel in 6 months?
- You will receive a refund for the remaining 6 months or whatever time you have not used.
Will you still be here a year from now?
- Yes, since most of our dedicated server space is used for internal business that we require for daily operations you can be rest assured that these services will be available. In fact in the last 3 years Calibrated has doubled the size of its online server operations and will continue to expand in size.
Can I host multiple websites on one account?
- Yes, depending on the package you select you can host multiple websites on an a single Hosting account. We use domain pointing to let you use your current web hosting resources for additional websites.
- These additional websites can have their own distinct content, and domain name (i.e. www.newwebsite.com). They will share the same disk storage space, and bandwidth transfer of the main hosting account, as well as emails.
- The Mini, and Basic Hosting packages are limited to 1 website under the service plan. The E-Commerce Pro package would allow you to have up to 30 distinct websites.
How long after I sign up will I be able to access my website?
Usually within 24 hrs of signing up you will receive a welcome email with all the information you need to start building your website. Just use the links that are given in the welcome email to access your site and view it on the web. The URL, or proper domain name name can take up to 48 hours to propagate to all DNS (domain name servers) When your domain name 'propagates' then you can start using your domain name.
Do I have unlimited access to update my pages?
- Yes. You can edit your website any time day or night 24~7~365 days a year.
Can I run adult content Web sites on your server?
We are against censorship, so as long as your content is legal, it can be hosted with us. If we receive a complaint about the content of a customer's website, that content must be proven to be illegal in the United States by the complainant in order for us to take any adverse action.
